All orders are shipped by Austraila Post, please do accept that orders shipped on STANDARD SHIPPING takes 2-6 working days, this does not include weekends or any public holidays, do accept delays due to non working days.
All orders shipped by EXPRESS takes 2-3 working days excluding weekends or public holidays.
All orders are provided with tracking numbers that can lead you to track your item online and see where your order is processing, Austraila post is responsible to all orders that are shipped out we no longer have any control on what happenes once it’s been shipped, for any unforuntend event that an order goes missing or is lost during the shipping process with Austraila post we can contact them and agree to a refund.
